The Site is owned by PixelZip (part of PSICORP Media). Unless otherwise indicated, all of the content featured or displayed on the Site is owned by PixelZip. All elements of the Site are protected by copyright and other laws relating to the protection of intellectual property. We also appreciate any feedback or other suggestions that you may submit to us about our services, but you understand that we may use such feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them.

Use of the Site

The Site and Content are intended for customers of PixelZip. You may not use the Site or Content for any purpose not related to your business with PixelZip.

Copyright

All content is owned by PixelZip and their respective entities. Content may be used for promotional or portfolio purposes.

Changes to Terms

PixelZip reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions or any policies at any time and in its sole discretion.

Credit Card Charges

Charges on your credit card will come up as PSICORP Media.

Purchased Content

You will get a download link for all high-resolution photos purchased with a 90-day guaranteed availability to download. If you misplace your email containing the download link, you may retrieve your photos by filling out a Retrieval Request (availability guaranteed for 90 days from your date of purchase).

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. Please check your order and make sure it is correct before purchasing. If you have any issues accessing your purchased files, please fill out a Support Request.

Content License Agreement

You may use licensed content in any way consistent with the rights granted below and not restricted (see Restricted Uses below). Subject to those restrictions and the rest of the terms of this agreement, the rights granted to you by PixelZip are:

Royalty-Free License

Perpetual, meaning there is no expiry or end date on your rights to use the content. Unlimited, meaning content can be used an unlimited number of times. Any and all media, meaning content can be used in print, in digital or in any other medium or format. Non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. PixelZip can license the same content to other customers. If you would like exclusive rights to use royalty-free content, please contact PixelZip to discuss a buy-out.

Restricted Uses

• No Unlawful Use: You may not use content in an unlawful manner.
• No Alteration: Content may be cropped or otherwise edited for technical quality, provided that the integrity of the content is not compromised, but you may not otherwise alter the content.
• No Re-Selling Content: You may not re-sell content for profit.
• No False Representation of Authorship: You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely of licensed content.
